Short-eared Owl photographed in Grand Pré in December of 2020.  My friend and I went down to try to get some photos of the Short-eared Owls that were being seen in the area and at one point we were just chatting by his truck and this beauty flew by and I just stopped talking and took the shot.  It was all over quickly, and turned out better than I could have hoped.  Sometimes you setup in one spot for hours, sometimes Mother Nature sets up a quick draw challenge to see if you are paying attention.
